Meet Our New “Client Intake Specialist”

Please welcome Patricia “Patti” Lutz to Pezzano Mickey Law. Patti started her position in mid-December, 2022, and is seated in the reception area of our Phillipsburg office. She will be the first person you speak with when calling the firm.

Patti retired from Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. in January, 2021, where she filled many different roles. For 15 years she was a senior training specialist on subrogation claims, teaching insurance adjusters how to “step into the shoes” of an insured party to recover damages caused by the negligence of another person or entity. She also handled no-fault automobile medical claims (known as “PIP” in New Jersey), which will no doubt be useful for our clients who were injured in motor vehicle accidents. Patti is familiar with the computer programs and phone system utilized at our firm, enabling her to jump right into the daily activity at Pezzano Mickey Law.

As our new “client intake specialist,” Patti will collect information regarding work accidents, motor vehicle accidents, slip & fall injuries, animal attacks, social security, Medicare & Medicaid, and any other details which are crucial to helping our clients. With years of professional experience in the insurance industry, Patti understands the importance of confidentiality, so you can trust her with your private information.

In her spare time, Patti enjoys caring for her animals. She shares her home with 7 cats and 1 Chinese Shar Pei dog. Patti is a graduate of Moravian College with a degree in Voice Performance. She has studied extensively and continues to sing in many churches, theatre groups, and in solo recital. Patti is particularly passionate about performing for veteran’s groups being the proud daughter and niece of many veterans.
