How Christa Creates A Great Client Experience

Christa is one of the essential members of the Pezzano Mickey Law team. She is the friendly voice you will hear when you call our office.  But Christa does much more than answer the phones.  She provides critical clerical support to our attorney and paralegals covers the front desk and provides clerical support to our attorneys. In many ways, she’s the voice of our Warren County office.

Christa has been with us since 2011. She found her way to Pezzano Mickey Law at the suggestion of a friend — none other than our paralegal, Maria. The two are good friends, and Maria knew Christa would be the perfect fit for the environment and work. She was right, of course. Christa finds value and joy in making a client’s experience great from the moment they step into our office or contact us by phone.

“I like being out here and talking with folks. I’m a positive person, so I like to make everybody happy and let them know they’re in good hands. When someone calls us and is upset, it’s nice to be able to calm them and make them feel good.”

Working for our attorney, Lisa, Christa has also found the perfect fit in her supervisor.

“She’s wonderful. We clicked right away. When you like your boss, that’s a really good feeling.”

After work, Christa is likely enjoying the outdoors with her family. Christa and her family members are hikers who go camping and spend time at the beach, so they’re eager for the warm weather to roll in, allowing them to enjoy these activities. She’s also the No. 1 cheerleader of her kids’ activities. Christa’s eldest son is graduating from college this summer, and she’ll be there to lead the applause with the rest of the family. She also loves watching her daughter sing, and her daughter and younger son run cross-country races. “I love cheering them on,” Christa says.

She brings that same encouragement to the office. We love having Christa on the Pezzano Mickey Law team, and know that you will too if you join our client family.
